I did not want anyone to cut into me, cut pieces of my flesh out, burn or freeze anything inside me. I was afraid that if I went along with the procedure, something would go wrong or worse, I’d never be able to have children.
My mother had fibroids and when I was scheduled for surgery on both my breast and uterus for something possibly related to fibroids, I knew there had to be a better way!
A few years ago, I overhauled my diet, lifestyle and began a fertility selfcare routine, including herbal baths and yoni steaming, and I completely got rid of my long painful periods and to my surprise, even unintentionally shrunk my fibroid!

Thanks for the response! The fibroids are shrinking I went to the fertility clinic in November. It was 8 cm and I got another check up to see if I needed surgery and its down to 7cm now. I got the update last Tuesday. So happy! I need to continue what I’m doing to shrink it even more. Are selling more of the steaming herbs because I will be purchasing often?
The good news is I don’t need surgery. He said its basically a wait and see situation right now.

What results can I expect?
You should notice a deep sense of calm, relaxation and stress relief immediately during or after use. You may experience release of clots or tissue. You may experience a delay or early onset of your period in your next cycle after your initial yoni steam. This is a result of your hormones and cycle becoming more regular and/or readjusting.
Some women may experience slight uterine contractions, temporary discomfort or slight lower abdominal pain that goes away. This is a result of your uterus working to release old blood or tissue and should were off with in a few days.
How much time will it require?
Coaching sessions will require 30 – 45 mins, bi-weekly, in addition to your personal yoni steaming sessions or about 1-1.5 hrs/ week.
When do I begin?
*For 8 oz yoni steams associated with Coaching Packages, you’re given an opportunity to make further customization before delivery or your order will also be processed and shipped within 2-3 days
