Fertility Cycling is the next level of regulating your cycle, balancing your hormones, increasing your femininity.

Fertility cycling might be my own stroke of genius, if I do say so myself. It combines all three methods mentioned above to increase fertility by regulating ovulation and menstruation cycles with herbs, seeds, and the moon.

But its not usually one of the things emphasize the sistahs who call me on my 1:1 fertility strategy calls to do because it can seem complicated over the phone. But it’s really not and as you’ll see, this simplified all-in-one method demistifies the complexity of it all.

When done correctly, fertility cycling takes the stress out of not knowing when your next period is or the when you’re ovulating. It can also make the difference between whether your ovulate or menstruate at all so you can have a beautiful baby.

HOW TO DO FERTILITY CYCLING

Part 1:

To sync follicular phase with the new moon, do the following all at the same time beginning the During new moon or first day of period (day 1 – 14):

  • Seed Cycling:

    • Eat pumpkin and flaxseed.
  • Herb Cycling:

    • Consume or ingest phytoestrogens/ estrogen binding herbs.
  • Moon Syncing:

    • Sleep in the pitches dark blackness until the day before the full moon.

You can consume these seeds and herbs in your regular meals, smoothies, salads and soups.

Part 2:

To sync luteal phase (or ovulation) with the full moon, do the following all at the same time, starting the first day of full moon or ovulation (approx. day 14 – day 28) until day before period During ,:

  • Seed Cycling:

    •   Eat sesame seeds and sunflower seeds.
  • Herb Cycling:

    • Consume or ingest phytoprogesterone/ progesterone binding herbs
  • Moon Synching:

    • Sleep with light on for three days surrounding fullest moon
    • Have intercourse every other night around these 3-5 days

In my opinion fertility cycling works best if you plan to do it long term or for a minimum of 3 cycle, by having the right herbs, curtains and creating a herbal or meal plan, by staying consistent and by keeping track of what changes are taking place to see if there is any improvement in regulating your cycle.
